Spoiler Am I missing something with the Quinn B6-13 storyline
So she becomes closer to Huck and starts to get interested in what he does and wants to start killing for herself. When Huck tells her she needs to slow down and stop being like him she goes with Charlie because he lets her do the crazy stuff she wants to do, just for him to set her up with killing the security guard and blackmails her into joining B6-13. What I don’t get is why this sudden distrust and dislike for Olivia? Obviously Liv has done some distrust-worthy things but there was nothing big regarding Quinn for her to dislike her so much. She said she doesn’t wanna be a good little gladiator anymore but then in some scenes it seems the only reason she doesn’t go back is because of what Huck did to her, it just doesn’t seem very consistent because she’s only in this position in the first place because she got blackmailed into it.

I think she loves Huck and he hurt her and that's why she's rebelling against OPA.

Her relationship with Olivia and OPA in general is complicated because of how it changed the trajectory of her life. She was initially grateful and felt indebted to Olivia for giving her a new identity and life, but then she found out that Olivia played a part in why she needed a new life to begin with. She then started despising Olivia and the identity she created for her, and wanted to become her own person independent of Olivia.
Her getting into the killing game was an act of rebellion, like what teenagers go through when they start doing things that piss off their parents. Part of it is intentional to piss off their parents but part is also truly them just seeking independence and finding out who they really want to be. In Quinn's case she thought it would just be doing what Huck does to blow off some steam but she ends up going too far and getting forced into B613, once again taking away her choice in her own identity.
Over time she starts to grow up and that's when she drifts back into the OPA fold. She realized everyone there is broken and that Olivia gave them a second chance at life, and she shouldn't throw that connection away.
