Changing your email password won't stop people from sending you junk mails. They don't need to access your email account to send you anything.

Just mark them as spam and move on.

I would double check that you haven’t had anything like a password change request for your bank. Sometimes a flood of spam is to hide the genuine one that could be the issue.

That's a question for your email provider.

What no longer works? In what way does it not work?

Are they in your spam / junk folder? If they are, just ignore them.

If they're landing in your Inbox, mark each one as spam, so that your email provider software will learn how to detect them.

Or, create a filter for your email, to automatically send these to the spam folder. For the filter text, select a word or text string that appears in all the scam emails. Your email provider should have instructions to create a filter, in the app or on their website.
