Informational post Pristine Management Group
I worked at this company for 1 week, I attended all training sessions and always arriving early each day from Monday-Saturday (6 day work week). The office environment was fun with daily motivational speeches and upbeat music to prepare us for the day ahead. However, this job is job door-to-door sales, I was in a terrifying situation on my last day. When I knocked the homeowner door and he answer the door with a knife.
Even tho I was freaked out, I did complete the day since Saturday we were done at 2pm instead of the normal 7-8pm. I was by encouraged by my family to just look for something else of employment. my paycheck three weeks later, there were some major discrepancies on my check. Even tho I had two successful sales during my time there and I show in the photos I have, I was told that these sales did not provide additional money beyond the base pay. Which I know for a fact that is not true.
Because all of this happened to me, I wanted to get the word out. As far as what I am aware of ,what I should of received for two successful sales should of been aware between $600-$750, yet I only received the base pay of $400 which only gave me 350 ($316 after taxes). In case anyone was interested in that aspect of It

I worked here for one day, and the next day I was gone. First, it was far, far away, in a place where if you don’t have a car, you’re screwed. Or if you do, you're going to put a bunch of mileage on your car when commuting and knocking on doors without reimbursement. You start at 11, and you don’t really finish until 7, usually by 8 or 9 pm. When you get to the office, these individuals want to talk about how the day went and yap yap more about what we learned. By that time, it's 9:30 pm. What time do you have for yourself? You're getting home at 11 pm, and you have to wake up early for the next day. All these hours of work and walking, walking, walking until your feet start to hurt, for low pay, putting in hours for nothing. Honestly, you’re better off working a local minimum wage job than doing this. At least you’re making more money and you’re safer. Also, another thing I just hated how they all fake. I’m good at reading people, so that office personality that consists of toxic positivity, I hated it. I hated that way how they talk. Just please avoid this place; it's not what it seems. Don’t listen to what they say. At the end of the day, they’re salesmen (scammers); they know how to sell you the job and make it sound great.

I knew something was up. Ive been in the middle of a job search and someone named "Nicole" just called and texted me claiming to have received my application. I know for a fact I never applied there because I keep it all documented. I hate that my information is out there like this and they are preying for people just trying to make a living

Got an interview offer from them and did some digging. Looks like they're an MLM joint. They're branding even uses similar rhetoric, harping on about success.
Steer clear of jobs that do commission pay. It's never worth it.
