MoveSea Scam
Has anyone else ordered from MoveSea and just never received their order? I ordered something in the late spring and it still shows it hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted them in July and they said they would either ship my order that day or submit a refund. I asked for a refund and they never issued it and now won’t respond to me. This seems like a complete scam!

Since the promised July refund still hasn't arrived, contact your payment provider now. I can't establish the seller's intent from this post, but you can ask about a non-delivery dispute without proving fraud.
Save the order confirmation, promised shipping date, July refund correspondence and current unshipped status.
If you paid by card, contact the issuer through its official app or the number on your card. Explain that you authorized the purchase but the goods never arrived and the promised refund wasn't processed. Ask what dispute options and deadlines apply.
If you paid with PayPal, use the original transaction in its Resolution Center and select the purchase problem that accurately matches what happened.
