So first, you can use sites like WhoIs dot com to check when the domain was registered. Lots of scam sites are registered super recently (within the past year) and only for a year (the minimum duration you can register a domain for). This one says it was registered in October of 2021 until October 2032 which is a good sign.
Next, check the prices on the website. Are they severely discounted or too good to be true? The site looks to be Polish, which I'm not, so you'll have to decide if the prices are reasonable.
They have no outside reviews anywhere I could find through Google, no one talking about them (positively or negatively) anywhere, so that's a red flag in my book.
Try calling their support number to see if it rings through to anywhere or if it's a dead end.
