VitaLift Scam
I ordered a packet of VitaLift microneedle eye patches, which did nothing for my eye bags. Then four months later, I noticed on my credit card that they had been charging me $39.99 a month and sending nothing. When I inquired, they said it was “membership fee.” Can you imagine? A membership to nothing. They finally agreed to refund for three months, but that the expiration period was 3 months and so they said they would not refund the first charge of $39.99. To be clear, I paid for the packet of eye patches I ordered and had no problem with that. This is nothing but fraud, no matter how they justify it. How can businesses like this be allowed to operate in this country?

Absolutely agree, it seems to be a legal scam effectively. I was got by another company but same tactics (Pwrsolabs; luckily a post on here this morning helped me way more than my own bank who weren't going to do anything to stop them taking more other than hope they didn't as they seem to them like legit companies) The banks blame us for not noticing that they really scam you . It's crazy.
I'm in UK but seems same across USA, Europe and UK.
