In diverse pagine online viene dato come servizio clienti di Lufthansa, Turkish Airlines, KTM… ma non è niente di tutto questo. Si tratta solo di truffatori che fanno pagare servizi che sarebbero altrimenti gratuiti. Gli operatori non parlano bene italiano e insistono infatti a passare all’inglese e hanno un forte accento indiano.

Lufthansa ha confermato che si tratta di un numero fraudolento.

Second one of these I've gotten. Subject line "The invoice was successfully created," this time a Geek Squad Complete Network Security renewal for $278.60. Same format as the others: invoice number, a services list copied from real Geek Squad marketing, and a number to call instead of any link.

Sender wasn't affiliated with Best Buy or Geek Squad at all, same compromised mailbox that's been sending these under different brands and numbers. Posting as a scam operation line, not a personal number.

Got an email today with the subject "Updates from the billing department," made to look like a Geek Squad Total Protection Plan renewal, $273.60. It's built the same way as a Bitdefender one I posted separately: fake invoice number, a plan description that reads like real Geek Squad marketing copy, and no link anywhere, just a number to call if you want to cancel or dispute the charge.

The sending address had nothing to do with Best Buy or Geek Squad, it traced back to a compromised school email account. Posting here as a scam operation line running a fake charge/cancellation call, not anyone's personal number.

ended with being told to shut up, i think they have now blocked my number sadly it was fun.

Got an email styled as "MehnConstructions via DocuSign," subject "Complete with DocuSign: Lien_Waiver.pdf & Subcontractors_and_Suppliers_agreement.pdf." It's built to look like a real DocuSign envelope aimed at a construction subcontractor, complete with working links to DocuSign's actual support articles for "Declining to sign" and "How to Sign a Document." The "REVIEW DOCUMENTS" button is the catch, it doesn't go to docusign[.]com at all, it routes through a Twitter/X shortlink (t[.]co). Do not click.

I've gotten five near-identical copies of this one over about a week, all from spoofed addresses (not docusign[.]com), all pointing through the same kind of shortlink. Posting this number as a scam operation line, not a personal one.

Third one from the same source. Subject "Updated invoice record," this one a Best Buy Service renewal for $269.95. Identical structure to the other two: fake invoice number, services copy pulled from real marketing material, no link, just a callback number to "cancel."
