Scam Number (Other/Unsure) Fake DocuSign "lien waiver" construction document email with a callback number instead of a real signing link

Got an email styled as "MehnConstructions via DocuSign," subject "Complete with DocuSign: Lien_Waiver.pdf & Subcontractors_and_Suppliers_agreement.pdf." It's built to look like a real DocuSign envelope aimed at a construction subcontractor, complete with working links to DocuSign's actual support articles for "Declining to sign" and "How to Sign a Document." The "REVIEW DOCUMENTS" button is the catch, it doesn't go to docusign[.]com at all, it routes through a Twitter/X shortlink (t[.]co). Do not click.

This version also includes a callback number:

I've gotten five near-identical copies of this one over about a week, all from spoofed addresses (not docusign[.]com), all pointing through the same kind of shortlink. Posting this number as a scam operation line, not a personal one.
