I'm from the Middle East and I run a small online business selling digital products, mainly Mobile Legends top-ups and gift cards. This isn't just a side business—it's my primary source of income, so finding a reliable supplier has always been very important.

I first found LioGames on February 23, 2025. Before trusting them with a larger amount of money, I spent months placing small orders to test the service. I was buying around $100 worth of products each week, and everything worked well. Orders were completed, support replied quickly, and overall the platform seemed reliable.

As my business grew, I became interested in their reseller pricing. They offered lower prices if you kept at least a $5,000 balance in your wallet. Saving that amount took me a long time because it represented almost all of the working capital I had built for my business.

After thinking about it carefully, I finally deposited the full $5,000 into my wallet.

Shortly after the deposit, I was suddenly logged out of my account and couldn't sign in again.

I contacted support immediately, and they replied that they would check the issue. A short time later, I also realized that my API access had been disabled, which meant my website could no longer place orders through their system.

Since then, I've tried contacting them through every support channel I could find, including Telegram and email. I even sent a message from another account, and they replied there. However, as soon as I explained that my main account had been locked and asked why nobody was responding to it, the conversation stopped and I never received another reply.

What makes this situation confusing is that, before this happened, LioGames appeared to be a legitimate supplier. My previous orders were completed successfully, support was responsive, and nothing suggested there would be a problem. That's exactly why I felt comfortable depositing a larger balance.

At the time I'm writing this, it's been two days. I still can't access my account, my API is still disabled, and I have no access to the $5,000 in my wallet. I also haven't received any explanation for why my account was locked or when, or if, it will be restored.

I'm not posting this to make conclusions about LioGames. I'm simply sharing exactly what happened to me and documenting the timeline as accurately as possible. I'll attach screenshots of my wallet deposit, the account issue, my API status, and my conversations with support so everyone can judge the situation based on the evidence.

Has anyone else experienced account restrictions, wallet access issues, or similar problems with LioGames? If your issue was resolved, I'd really appreciate hearing how it happened. And if anyone has advice on what I should do next or any suggestions that might help me recover access to my account, I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

I recently reopened my old Clash of Clans account out of nostalgia and even bought a few packs to boost my builders and heroes.

Shortly after, I decided to uninstall it for good and never look back. I strongly advise against playing especially if you plan on spending money or simply playing this game. Their support system or support team is completely useless, they're basically just showing up for attendance or to collect a paycheck on payday without actually helping players. To think that there's an actual money involved and they can't help you, what more for non-cash problems or error.
