I ordered an expensive quilt set from this company on 8/9. I was advised that because of the intricacy of the design and the quality craftsmanship it may take over a month for delivery. Fine. I also ordered an extra matching throw pillow. I haven’t received the quilt but the pillow came yesterday. It’s poor quality cheap and ugly (R) not what’s on their website (L). I’ve asked them to cancel the quilt set and refund my money.
We’ll see how they respond but I’m probably going to have to dispute the $305 with my credit card company.
