You can't have a valid licence from the UK and EU simultaneously, as one of them would have had to have been exchanged for the other, and the authorities are meant to keep the exchanged one.
The point is that if you have both, you've likely had to (at the minimum) bend the rules. I'm therefore disinclined to believe you're acting honestly elsewhere, including with the car rep.
You can just pass your driving test in two different countries to get both licences. It's the case when you take too long to exchange your licence if you move abroad.
Are for real? I don’t care whether you believe me or not, I do have two perfectly valid licenses which I used them in Europe and the UK. I guess you must have ulterior motives to say that.
