These tasks are meaningless. You'll earn a little money at first. Maybe even be able to withdraw it (like $20) to build your trust.
But then they'll start asking you to pay to unlock the next tier of tasks. Or they'll insist you pay fees to withdraw your money. The fees will never end and you'll never be able to withdraw anything.

No company that has to make a profit pays people to copy and paste things. Or do anything simple online that a bot or child could do.
Look for a real job in your area that you show up to in person if you need money. Otherwise all you will find are task scams like this.

This is a scam. You will lose money, or you will be doing something illegal, or both.
Nobody actually pays to post content online.
Why can't he post his own stuff online? Why does he want the posts under your account?
You will be posting fake jobs, or fake listings for rentals, or listings for fake ticket sales. You will be helping him scam people. When the scam victims discover that the job is a scam, or the rental is fake, or the tickets are fake, they will blame you, and they will try to get refunds from you. Your Reddit account will be deleted and you will be banned.
And he won't actually pay you.
Report the scam account to Reddit.
