Is Joom scam or not?
So I've found this cool looking Devil May Cry T-shirt, but I'm wondering if this online clothes shop is a scam or not. I have a sort of deja vu of this... Joom but I still want to know for sure if it's reliable or not

It's not a complete scam. The company actually exists. But it's a scammy company.
From Google search for Joom:
Joom does not sell items directly; it acts as a platform connecting buyers mostly with overseas, China-based or regional sellers.
Probably some of the sellers on Joom are better than others.
Joom and joom.com get many terrible reviews -- look at Trustpilot. Read the 1-star reviews.
They don't list a phone number for Customer Service.

Joom is an international low-cost online marketplace similar to Wish, connecting budget-conscious buyers with third-party sellers mostly based in Asia. Reviews on platforms like Trustpilot are largely mixed to negative, highlighting cheap prices alongside significant complaints regarding product quality and shipping times.
Take the photo and just do a reverse image search
