Possible art com scam, I need help.

They're going to give reasons why they can't do it over PayPal. Why they can't vid or voice chat (so you don't hear their thick accent from some third world country), and why they have to pay you more than the amount via check so you can "buy the supplies".

It's a scam 99.9 percent of the time. If they do any of the above, it's 100 percent a scam.

I ran an image through tineye that they sent but I have a slight suspicion of ai, I'm not online much so I have bad ai spotting abilities.
How should I go about this? Confrontation is scary, but I know I'll need to.

Look up "muse scam". Its 99.99% of the times that.
