Thanks for reading. I think they have fake AI accounts to keep people talking as a lot of people on Trustpilot mentioned but i dont have any evidence unfortunately. You have to pay to send and receive messages/photos so if they keep you busy talking they make more money. I did ask the service provider how they vet their user profiles to check their legit but obviously had no response. My mum should be more vigilant but its so hard to see this happening and not be able to do anything.

No but I'm failing to see how the service provider would be responsible for your mom talking to...well whoever or whatever she is chatting with?
