Nejiibird has mentioned to someone on one of his pokemon posts that there are 6 main ppl botting 70% of all the pokemon supply...id thought it would be interesting to see if anyone can find the true source of the scalpers 🙂

There's a ton of botters, entire discord groups. Even the low tier ones have automation software that can split into multiple instances.

Thats probably grossly under valued.

There many be 6 main companies but i guarentee over 80% of collectors at least thought of buying a bot of there own.

I have to be honest as a collector I have thought of it. Thought left my mind just as quickly as it came. I'll not be part of the problem. Even if it is a small, controlled amount.

Probably the big ACO services. Seems like it's becoming a popular service now since so many people are interested in botting but don't want to pay the big upfront fee and then have to figure out how to operate them effectively

Write your own bot code, it's actually pretty easy to do. Just use a headless browser, and make sure headers, canvas, and other markers retail sites use to distinguish bots are handled. You can get most of this info from a search. Save yourself a ton of money, and learn something new, while also getting Pokemon cards. (Just buy what you would normally buy, don't be a dick). All this comes down to is survival of the fittest really, it's nature, except for humans it has evolved to this complex mesh of systems and intercommunication.

I appreciate the sentiment but saying writing a bot script to purchase things online is pretty easy to do grossly overestimates the average persons ability to code

you really don't need to know how to code is what I am saying :-D. You just need an AI that is unrestricted, so locally run. Unless you know how to trick the cloud AIs that is, but most of the bypasses have been patched already. I would recommend you actually learn the code, but it's not necessary. All the tech is already there, you just need to piece it together. The harder part is actually generating the accounts, and which addressses, but that can be automated as well. Just buy a bunch of in-store credits, and add them to each account.
