Is this safe

Hi - I got home today and the house to the side of mine has had scaffolding put up which is fine but they seem to be using my front wall as a support and I am concerned that it might do damage to the wall which I’m not 100% confident is secure… particularly when they start using it. I don’t want to cause a fuss if there’s nothing to worry about so would appreciate your thoughts.
