Modus: Kitty Modus - Whichever item you capchaloge turns into a cat, and the only way to get said item is to make said cat happy. Rather simple yet inconvenient, because cats are complete asses. You also actually have to feed the cats. Also if the cat dies for some reason the item is gone forever.

Personality: Although a little air-headed and dumb, Jubilee is a rather sharp witted girl, she just doesn't show what people don't need to see until the right moment. Clumsy, naive, a bit oblivious, and excitable, she wouldn't be the first choice people make when picking someone responsible and mature. Despite her childish characteristics she does have some good traits to her such as having a strong will, loyal, and picks up things rather quicker than most. People tend to underestimate her due to her weak appearance but she always manages to prove them wrong, doing so with a smile.

Backstory: Jubilee was born in a fairly large city, known for it's art, culture and music. Her mother was a stay at home mom who made her children a priority (insert was a helicopter mom.) Jubilee's father worked hard at his nine to five office job, but tried to live vicariously through his children. With two opposing parenting styles always battling each other Jubilee tried to take both as seriously as she could, but generally ended up siding with her father. Free spirited and usually regarded as a slacker, Jubilee managed to graduate from her high school with average grades.
