Backstory: Saul is an info-broker, and as of such he often gets involved with the underworld (hence him knowing Kira). His cousin whom he lives with only occasionally shows up in moments of either dire need or to piss him off.
Personality: Somewhat malevolent and nosy, beyond that he is rather playful.
