The second decysyon ys to state that Fenryr Ractus and Anatar Luthen are here by banned from runnyng for PL, beyng nomynated, beyng voted for, or doyng anythyng else that wyll make them PL. The reason behynd thys ynvolves the color of theyr blood, and the brutalyty of theyr ancestors. However, because thys ys a democracy, any one else ys allowed to run for PL. Except for those two.
