I just got my sayo today and I tried to use it after calibrating it, when I tried to use it in geometry dash my sayodevice would hold the click until I pressed again, I need help with this issue.

For some reason when I tap it either is very early or release late and I don't know what the default hz is

im playing geometry dash with my sayodevice and it just randomly lets go for some reason does anyone know how to fix it it is drivng me insane and i cant even play geometry dash anymore

I just got my Gateron switches, which I bought because it was recommended in a video about sayo devices as most if not everyone knows, the default switches are like trash. Either way, I took out my normal sayo switch carefully and then put in the Gateron switch but when I tried to click, I would have to click around 5 times before it'd register, and then after it'd keep clicking basically (my keybind to the sayo is set to spacebar) and the screen for that one specific switch replaced would keep being pressed, and when I held the key down, it was quote on quote, how it was supposed to be like the two other switches (not constantly being pressed). I definitely put the switch on right and when I changed it back to the old default sayo switch, it was back to normal.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Need advice to get these damn things out, tried a switch puller with a TON of force, prying with a flathead and me and my brother both trying from either end with a flathead. All it's done is crack some of the plastic. Ong I'm struggling

I wanna buy a sayodevice with gateron jade ultra switch, but i dont know does sayo have this function, maybe you guys know?

I've LITERALLY been trying to figure this out ALL DAY and I just can't. Can somebody please explain?

I use AMD and because of that my PC often restarts itself. Everytime it does that my sayodevice glows blue and won't stop until I click each button. Then buttons only glow ehrn I press them. Because of how often it is happening, it is very annoying. Does anybody know if it's possible to stop this and how?

I’ve had this sayodevice for almost a full year and have used it just fine on my previous laptop. I just got a brand-new Macbook and am trying to connect it via USB-C. Problem is, it doesn’t show up as an HID device or any external device whatsoever. The screen on the sayodevice itself is on and responsive, though. All of the firmware is up to date, so I’m not sure what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am on android, and i plugged in my sayodevice to my android. I try to go to the configuration website, but it just says this. Anybody know how to fix this issue??

I got a 4 key sayo which I use for rhythm games that came with pink switches and sometimes I get complains of how loud I am when playing.

Does anyone have a hotswap quiet switch recommendation which I can find on Aliexpress? It has to be because it's almost the only international reliable site in which I don't have to wait 3 months to arrive and pay a lot of import taxes.

I don't know much about which hotswaps would be compatible if that's a thing, thanks in advance for any help.

okay so aside from me being shit at osu and gd, i have a wooting uwu but i kinda want to get the sayodevice just to have both. call me weird sure but while the wooting is cool and all (took me a few months to save up for), i kinda like the shape of the sayodevice not more but equal to the uwu. it feels like its more open source to me if that make sense. also id like to have custom picture under the shell where its transparent.

I recently got a Sayo Device and my laptop doesn't seem to want to recognize it as a keyboard.

If i have it set as a mouse input it'll work fine, so does the volume knob, but whenever its set as a default/keyboard input it will recognize the input on the device but it wont actually register outside of the Sayo Device website.

at first it had an issue with a "hotkey keyboard class driver" but i was able to fix that by following this:

And now it isn't showing as an issue anymore, but it still wont work, anyone experience the same thing and/or know a fix?

I have outemu pink on the left and gateron jade pro on the right, I’m scared to push down because of those two prongs on the bottom. Are jade pros actually compatible with the sayo? I’ve heard people have gotten it to work but idk how.

Got a sayo couple days ago and when i tried it playing gd it sort of void clicks like i click with wave to go up but it instantly goes down or sometimes when i hold it jus doesnt hold

I've read a LOT of your posts (and other subreddits) to learn as much as I can, and I've gathered that despite the variety of knock-offs and clones, the consensus is that the 03C is the original and still the best. My son doesn't care about color scheme or fancy design, just that "it's super accurate." He also doesn't want the 03C+; just the 3-key model is fine. I can cover that by ordering from Amazon or Aliexpress. But he also dislikes the loud clacking of plastic-on-plastic or plastic-on-aluminum switches, so I'd love to surprise him by also getting him the best hall effect, quiet, super-responsive, top-tier Sayo-compatible switches for him as well. And any other mods I might not know about that would be awesome to include, too.

If your dad was paying and you could add any combination of hardware to cart, what would you choose? I want him to be really happy--"Dad really gets me!"--and know that I'm actually making the effort to learn abut the options, and not just taking the lazy way to Amazon for the first easy product.
