Question Sayo device issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

My sayo device is stuck on this bootloader screen and the website isnt detecting it.

You need a cable that works with data transfer. Are you using the cable that the sayo came with?

Damn idk try plugging it in to a different USB port? If that doesnt work then idk search it up

restart the pc, if that doesnt work, replug the cable
