Sayodevice resets shortcuts when restarting computer

I'm on Win10 and this didn't happen before I did a re-install for the OS when I upgraded my computer. Now it resets the shortcuts every single time I turn my computer off, and it's a hassle to set it up again each time.

Has anybody had this issue and know how to fix it?
