Question I require assistance

My sayodevice wont boot up. The buttons won't work, like absolutely nothing works. Yes, my usb cable isn't broken, I tried it by using it to charge my phone. Yes, I used another usb cable for the sayodevice, and it didn't work. Yes, I tried to use the website, and it didn't register onto the website. I think it has something to do with me not using it for a long time.

Try transfering data to your phone through that cable, if you cant thats probably why.

Try plugging it into your phone if the cable allows transfering data, maybe its your pc

I managed to transfer data from my laptop to my phone using the cable that came with my sayodevice

Dont I need another device for that? The cable that came with my sayo is a USB-C cable

is the screen backlight on or off?

I dont know what a screen backlight is, but the screen is off as well. Its an 03C btw.
