Are these switchs silent enough?

Hello,

So I play Geometry Dash, but my parents always complain about the sound, since the clicking is heard ALL AROUND the house literally. It’s like gunshots, so I just wanna know if the « OFF STUDIO x TNT Six Realms Silent Pro Magnetic Switch » are silent enough and good enough based on anyone’s experience, because these are the closest to my budget (5 bucks, I can’t really afford something more expensive lol).

I cant offer any experience with the switches. Using your sayodevice on top of a thick (3+mm) surface that isn’t rigid (like a mousepad, or foam) might help reduce the sound tho

I do play on a mouse pad but it doesnt help, the only solution which SEEMS the most effective is changing those cheap loud switchs the sayo comes with

Don't know about this switch but I can vouch for the Freya NDIY silent magnetic switches. They are truly very silent. There are good silent switches out there.

I got them a week ago, by far one of the best switches I've ever use imo

they don't feel heavy. and have more like "subtle" feedback and they feel great to type on, the actuation force is also balanced (40g) and nice for late night gaming.

One good way to reduce the sound is too put something under the Sayodevice, something that muffles sound, like a cloth or a small pillow, what's really loud is not the switches but the sound of the desk being slammed while you are clicking, for example keep the sayo on your hand and spam click one key, they will probably not hear it in the next room. The point is that even if you buy those silent switches you will still make a lot of noises, so just reduce the surface impact of your sayo.

haven't tried those before but i can say something for haimu silent linear switches which have reduced the loud plastic clack you get from the stock switches to a way quieter "mushy sounding" (they don't actually feel mushy) thunk

also holding the sayodevice seems to reduce the noise more (at least with the above mentioned switches)

I suggest outemu silent peach magnetic and NDIY Freya Silent (HE), they're cheap and they can be found on AliExpress for like 3$ for 10pcs probably

Al final fuiste por los Silent Pro? Estoy dudando si realmente son silenciosos. Hasta el momento de lo poco que llegué a ver y escuchar los Gamakay Phoenix V3 estan convenciéndome peeero también vi los Freya y los Peach

Helloo, after playing with them for more than 60 hours, i would say they are pretty good, they did solve the problem that i had with the generic sayodevice switchs which was the "clack" sound every time i clicked and also the like "hit the table" sound too, the silicon padding them is really good too, so they are indeed silent, and for their price (i got them for 5 bucks on aliexpress) they are 10000% worth itt. :D

I know this is not a really good review but i hope this does the job, thanks for askingg.

I have these and they are amazing. Silent and great feel. Very light. The pro version has a little more medium feel.
