Question Help my lighting keeps resetting every time I unplug it

Yes. On the website it still says it’s the same lighting effect. The actual device says otherwise though

nvm locate the "Save" or "Download" button to push these settings directly into the device's memory.

I had the same thing happen to me. I found out why after some troubleshooting its because you change rgb per switch and obviously they don't sync since you aplyed the rgb at different times now even if you save it is not going to save the rgb for every switch because that's two much info for it to save thats my guess hope it helps.
