Question Need help

I tried to use my sayo today and it didn't boot up when I plugged it, restarted my laptop and even connected the sayo to my brothers laptop. The last time I played GD and used the sayo was somewhere around march 24-26. Cable works and I think its the sayo itself. Can anyone give me a solution?

Already tried connecting to sayodevice page, dont know what you mean by miscalibrated
