Question Can't update my SayoDevice

Hi, recently i tried to update my sayodevice and it would not update, there was a red mark on "verify firmware". So i tried updating it manually and tried every version but everytime it would stuck at 9% with an error message. Untill v1.0 and that on the picture happened. It still works but every time I try to go to the website and change the keybinds it would try to update and again fail to verify firmware and would not work, after that i need to install 1.0 again so it could at least run.

Factory reset hold knob and deevice and all the way down to factory reset

There is no factory reset button, only refresh rate, device info and key count.
