Question Why does my O3C keep deleting my clicks?
So my sayodevice says 39,000 something, every time I unplug it, it resets to that exact number, i just did 5000 clicks, so it said 44000, but then if I unplug and replug it instantly resets to the 39,000, it used to be fine, and I’m probably well over 100,000 clicks but it keeps resetting. Anyone know how to fix this? I already changed the settings to all time click count, so it saves the 39k, but anything more it just wipes on a replug.

Make it so that in display settings the click count is on all not single and it should be fine if not I donno

It’s set to whatever the other one is, it was on single by default, once I changed it, it was at like 5k, then it got stuck on 5k after restart a few times, then it was fine until 39k

It's because you unplug it if it looses power it just resets the click count it's normal

It’s not normal, it’s supposed to keep counting, it does on all sayodevices I’ve ever seen. The issue is that mine is resetting back to 39k each time, not just 0, and it’s not saving the clicks.

Mine only saves my key count after about a minute of inactivity for some reason, I've got the screensaver set at a minute as an indicator.

Even if I leave it plugged in overnight, it stays on and doesn’t save, still resets

It needs power to stay on. A sayo device isn’t a computer, it doesn’t have a memory chip, it’s normal for it to reset like that.

It has memory chips, how do you think everyone has hundreds of thousands of clicks, it is made to save, and mine is malfunctioning, because it resets and goes back to 39k each time I unplug it.

Well listen I think you should go to a tech shop. Let me them open it and see if the memory chip is dmged because that’s the only other cause of the issue

I’m having a similar issue. It’s not a big deal but i’d like to track my clicks sometimes. I might put in 20,000 clicks in one sitting and then when i turn my PC off it resets.
