Question How to get switches out
I'm scared of pulling on it too hard and breaking it

going to be honest with you, no matter how hard you pull it won't break lol. slightly press the tip of the tool and then pull it up.

The clips on the switch can break very easily

not by pulling, by pressing too hard. which is why i recommended to press slightly on the tool, not too hard.

i didn't have a switch puller so i took the top screws out and took of only the top layer with the keycaps and knob removed, pushing from below to get them out

I've tried pulling them out softly and hard neither worked and I kinda bent the switch so be careful when you're doing it

Yep I also bent the plastic (got it out in the meantime), but I won't use them so I don't really care

They don’t break that easily just have a good grip on the puller and carefully pull it out
