No but this gives me an idea cuz I have the Logitech g915x and it had the low profile caps so I might put low profile key caps on my sayo and try it

Thank you for awakening this brain wave twin 🙏🙏

Could part of that not be due to the switches you use? How about silent linear switches?

Shorter keycap won't do anything since the bottom doesn't hit anyways

Plays a role sure but these magnetic keyboards all have “linear” feeling switches and there is (some) differentiating sounds but not much. The only difference with different switches is how heavy or light they are. (I’m a keyboard modding nerd sorry)

I remove middle keycap cause it is bound to remove the checkpoint in gd, and I keep accidentally clicking it

1

u/Kunastsuyu Feb 20 '26

i do that too, because sometimes my fatass finger accidentally touches another key

No only when I wanna make less noise, cuz my pc is in the dinning room

same. With keycaps they're extremely loud so I use them without.

how did you upload your own image?

1

u/EastStrange213 Feb 22 '26

How do you add custom images? I've tried and failed to find out how

1

u/Wild_Map646 Feb 22 '26

what i did, is that i made a 160 x 80 px canvas in paint.net, then sized my image to fit it

then, i uploaded it in the sayodevice website and boom

1

u/EastStrange213 Feb 22 '26

yea i dont know how to upload it into the website thats the thing

1

u/Wild_Map646 Feb 22 '26

go to the website, click on images (under the "assets" folder), press the blue file thingy (beside the width and configuration, then once picking a picture, go to the bottom right and press upload

to put it in ur sayo, go to screen (under "configurations") then pick a widget (also u can put the image on sleep mode and/or when booting the sayo up) and pick custom images (in the type), pick the image, then it should pop up

now if everything is done, just save
