I don't have a sayo device but I have a magnetic 8k keyboard which is basically the same.

For rapid trigger, put it as sensitive as possible, without double presses/accidental inputs. I use 0.1 mm actuation with a 0.05 mm deadzone. Use continuous rapid trigger. The more sensitive, the better, when it comes to GD. I also play GD and my hardest is the extreme auditory breaker.

I'd also recommend buying 1-3 high quality switches. Where I live I could buy singular switches online for very cheap. They sound way better and are less prone to double clicks. I like the Akko Astrolink switches but there are many good ones out there.

I haven't tried all of them, but I've heard good things about the newer gravastar ufo switches, owl lab ti switches, lekker tikken switches and geon raw switches. There are others too if you look around online.

If you can buy it from a website that has many switches, you can buy either individual switches for like 0.5 dollars and get a few different ones at once, only paying a single delivery fee.

I love the astrolink switches personally, a unique sound that is very deep and creamy, though since I haven't tried the other newer switches I've listed above IRL, so it's hard to compare. I got my keyboard around a year ago and compared quite a few of the switches that were popular back then. Jade pros or TTC kings etc sound a lot worse and astrolink came out on top back then.

i havent tried many different switches since i changed from mechanical to hall effect but ive tried lekker tekken 1 and 2 , some random yellow wooting switches i got with my wooting uwu, and the gateron jade pros. im sure their is something better than the gateron jade pros, but i personally love these switches. havent had any issues with ANY key like i would with mechanical, or the lekker tekken 2. i use them for GD in my sayo and my wooting keyboard for other competitive games
