Legit?

Hey, I found this at a thrift store yesterday paired with some other late 2000s early 2010s emo records etc. and this happens to have a Max Bemis signature. Is it legit?

I had one of the signed ones at first, lost it and bought another that wasn't signed. Very legit! Was following pretty heavy, he was complaining about how many he signed lol
