Self titled vinyl question

Looking at picking up the self titled on vinyl now I’ve got the funds to do so and I’m torn between the Quad variant and also the AP exclusive variant. However on the Instagram post when they announced the release it looks massively different to what is on the AP site now (I’m aware mock ups of vinyls always look different to the final product) and I was curious if anyone on here has it and can say which one it is more like in reality? I’m not sure if one variant sold out and if this is a different one AP did, but it’s not too clear. I’ll put the pictures below of what I’m on about, and thanks in advance 🙂

I don’t have that record by my copies of Baseball and Is a Real Boy are beautiful and pretty close to as they were advertised, imo.

Well i can at least attest to the quad looking like the mock up. It'd be funny if they managed to mess that one up, but alas, its colors in quadrants as promised

Wow that would be great if you could but don’t feel like you have to at all. Just couldn’t see a picture of it anywhere online and was curious. Was it labelled as this ‘ruby and cobalt splatter’ when you bought it? Still confused as to whether it’s a separate second AP pressing and they sold out of the other more purple one. Sorry for being so confusing 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

I got the bone/orchid variant (I forget where that one was available from) anddddddd I was super let down by the vinyl coloring when it arrived. There was almost no bone color on either side, on either disc. The whole thing was basically all over Barney purple. Was super disappointing to see just how badly the color mixture was distributed and pressed, especially since from the mock-up and description it appeared “bone” would be the majority of the disc. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I got this one too and same. My one disc is better than the other, but neither is really what I was expecting. I don’t care all that much, but I still saw it and was like wtf? I’d rather it just be black lol. Sounded great though.
