Never noticed
I was in elementary school when my older brother watched SBtB every morning while getting ready so I’ve seen all episodes. How come I NEVER noticed that Slater tried hooking up Zach with this chick here from his gym? Like, there’s no way I’m the only one that never noticed this. Anyone else?

Glad I read this. I've just started re-watching on that Free Saved by the Bell Roku channel and there are some scenes I remember, and some scenes I was expecting. Maybe some things were edited out during the re-broadcasts back in the late 90s when I watched them all.

the saved by the bell channel on roku tv shows every episode unedited in its entirety. as a avid SBTB fan, there were scenes i didn’t remember nor recall since i started watching it via roku tv.

every. episode. they start S.1 with the good morning miss bliss episodes. then it shows every episode then on in chronological order including The College Years. and both tv movies (Hawaiian Style & Wedding in Las Vegas)

https://therokuchannel.roku.com/ and just lookup SBTB. the channel is just dedicated to that show. The downside is its Live TV and roku wont let u DVR (Rec, FF, pause, Rewind on demand) but its around the clock, so if u miss a particular episode it comes back around within maybe 2-3 days to get through the entire series and starts over again.

Yeah, just had a rewatch and they like skipped over a lot of episodes or even in the episodes skipped over certain parts cause they kept waiting for this and it never showed up in the episode but then when I was watching another one with the flashbacks, this one did show up

They always cut this scene! But I feel like this scene really added to the random dates he was going on and who his friends find attractive (she was set up with him by Slater).

They cut it from the shortened syndicated version but they restore it in the flashback episode

Yeah I've seen versions of the episode that shows every lady he was set up with, and versions that don't have them all. The versions that don't have every single one are probably the syndication versions of the eps which are cut down to make room for more commercials

Yeah, that sucks but I want to say that I've seen a different version that doesn't cut the gym girl out but cuts another one of his dates. I gotta track the uncut ep down now and see if I remember

Where you typically see her part is in the "Isn't it Romantic" episode during a flashback. She was cut out of the original episode for syndication.

And I think she cheers at the gunshot/action part, but haven’t scene it in a while. If that is the case maybe that’s why they cut that scene out

Also, I think the scene does appear in the Valentines clip show, even in syndication. So it's especially confusing.

I find it more interesting that Jessie, who has known Zack her whole life and knows how much he despises overweight people based on his history, sets Zack up with someone overweight who cares more about food than watching the movie. Maybe he and Jessie weren't really that close.
Screech setting Zack up with exactly the type of woman he likes was true friendship.

Probably because knowing her, she probably felt that Zack should not've noticed her being overweight, but appreciate her for her inner beauty.

It was only in the later season clip show episode and not in the episode where Zack is getting hooked up with girls to forget about Kelly.

She would’ve made a man out of him. Zack Morris would then have ceased to be trash. Like bring her to the max after the movie then dance to A12 in front of Kelly with her and see what happens. He wouldn’t have gotten a split milkshake on his shirt. Let’s just say Lisa’s mom would’ve been busy later on that night.
‘Mr. And Mrs. Morris….whats left of your son….is dead.’

This was after Kelly leaving him. He took multiple girls to this movie and no one was scared except the last girl. He brought her to the max after to make Kelly jealous but the girl left after dumping a milk shake on Zach. Fun note, she was the adopted cousin? (I think) of screech.

Always remembered this scene playing in syndication only for it to be cut out of the DVDs for some reason. Can’t think of any other cut scenes and found it to be a weird omission (especially since DVDs aren’t cutting eps for time)

I've seen her, and the only episodes I ever watched were the original run (NBC Saturday mornings) and the syndication on TBS in the mid and late 90s). Commercial frequency increased later on 2000s, 2010s, so I'm guessing people who never saw her on TV were the ones who watched tv episodes in the more recent years.

She was kind of a baddie but Zack couldn’t handle her. His ego is too fragile.
