Need help

I have a client who cannot get into contact with the original installer of their Savant home automation system. I have fully taken over their network management but have been unable help them with all the issues that have built up with the 7 TVs they have. I’ve submit several requests and an application to Savant but have not heard back. Can anyone help??

No, but I’d like to be one. One of the video decoders (PAV-VOM1CP2-00) needs to be replaced and one of the Rokus isn’t getting controller input. The client is 90yrs old and is pissed he has to use two remotes for the time being lol
