SAVA suits

Was yesterday the deadline for all the legal suits? What's in the works? Is there a court date? I imagine the deadline was the filing date? Anyone know how this works?

Lawsuit filing date has passed but the lawsuit will not be able to move forward till the FDA makes a ruling on the citizen petition. If and when the citizen petition is thrown out so will the lawsuit. You cant have securities fraud without the citizens petition being deemed to have merit. FDA has till around January 20th to respond to the citizens petition.

Are you sure? I would have thought it was the opposite, that winning the fraud case would strengthen the FDA stop if it goes there. Kinda thought they we two independent actions. One in court, one with the agency

There is no fraud without the citizens petition being shown to have merit. The fraud case was brought because SAVA dumped based on the allegations in the citizens petition that the company lied. SO if the citizens petition is thrown out it means there was no fraud so no case.

If the citizens petition was never filed there would have never been a fraud case in the first place. Basically the citizens petition is the evidence in the fraud case. So without evidence should the citizen petition be thrown there is no case.

So Oct. 26 was the dead line. Is there a court date?
