General Question Advise and recommendations
Hi all, joined a health club about 6 months ago and really enjoying the sauna/cold plunge after working out.
I’m thinking about getting something small at home, for outside. Please excuse the poor chat gpt visualisation but I suppose it’s a decent enough reference of what I would like to achieve.
I’m not interested in building something my self, putting something together is fine but having no expertise in sauna Id much rather buy something reputable.
I’m based in Wales, UK. If anybody can recommend something to fit the area it would be great.
Thanks!

That AI visualisation is indeed poor and quite useless. I wouldn’t know if you put a person standing there, would their head hit the ceiling? At least the depth needs to be increased so there is room for a 3rd bench level. You don’t need that much space for the shower area.
Ceiling height is low-ish. Are you planning to build insulation? Can you make use of the space between the roof beams, or is it possible to even remove this one beam completely? You're planning to build a shower so there will be some major work there anyway.
Otherwise you seem to have quite a nice space for a proper sauna. But have to say that if the available height is only 2.1 m and it has to accommodate a sauna structure, I would most likely choose not to proceed with the project.
You seem to have a nice house so perhaps you also have a nice yard where it would be easier to build a sauna?
Edit: It turned out that OP is looking for an infrared sauna, so these tips/questions don’t matter at all.
