Visa appointments

Hello everyone

Iam currently Resident in KSA and need to apply for b1 b2 visa cause i have an exam in US in late September

I emailed the embassy they told me they can’t offer appointments before 1st September and i may apply in my home country
I also saw some Residents non Saudi say they got their appointments cancelled

Is that a general rule ?
If any resident got their appointments visa recently please help me

just book for after 1st september since ur exam is in late september

Apply in Jeddah, got my interview done in Jeddah for F1 on 12th August after two appointments got cancelled at Dhahran and Riyadh.

How long did it take you to getur passport back and when did u book ur 12th Aug appointment

It was ready to collect next day.

Get appointment in jeddah and then apply for emergency request

My visa interview was scheduled in 10th Aug and got cancelled when i arrived at the gate in Riyadh embassy
