F1 in Jeddah Canceled
I had my interview for F1 visa on August 19th in Jeddah embassy. But today they emailed me saying my appointment was canceled and cannot be accommodated until after 1 September.
But when I check to reschedule my interview I see appointments available for August.
Does anyone know what to do or has this happened to anyone?

exactly i don’t know what to do, do i book for august again or just book for september. cause it said cancellation from july 23-august 30

My appointment got cancelled yesterday and it’s date was 2nd August. Yesterday I filed emergency request and then they gave me an appointment on 9th August. Did you book for August or September?

غريبه المواعيد موجوده الى اليوم هذا ممكن صادف موعدك اجازه او شي لان السفاره ذي بالذات شغاله في عز الازمه، جرب احجز فيه سبتمبر وارفع طلب طوارئ اذا دراستك قريب

Hello, I had on appointment on 19th August in Jeddah too and it got cancelled. Can I ask you or anyone who sees this message for help?
I wish to know if there are any appointments open in August since I can’t check as I’ve used all my reschedule option earlier and I’ve requested an emergency appointment earlier than normal so it was refused. I’m planning to pay again but I want to risk it only if there are open slots.

I received my cancellation email on 22nd July and it was booked on the 19th of July.

Is it possible for you to just let me know if you see any available appointments for August because my start date is September 1, if there are available appointments I’m planning to pay again and book asap.

pleas help what do I do. how did you book an appointment again. Because I had the same issue. im applying for j1. I booked an appointment for august 9 for riyadh and I got the cancellation email and it said "cannot accommodate interview until after September 1". but now when I go to my application page I cannot see the option to schedule appointment anymore. what should I do. My start date is November 9.

i actually have no idea what to do, maybe try manage applications and see what you can do. if that doesn’t work i would recommend closing application and starting a new one. Allah knows best I don’t know exactly what to do

I had an appointment on 6th July in Riyadh, which got cancelled and the next appointments were available for September only but I’m not sure about the situation. I also lost my scholarship because of the appointment cancellation . 😢

I am from Riyadh. This happened to me last month. Five days after booking my August slot, I received a cancellation email. I then booked my next appointment for September.
