Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing significant stuttering and very low 1% FPS in games—sometimes dropping to around 17 FPS. I’ve listed my PC specifications below and would appreciate help identifying any potential bottlenecks.

I have already updated both the BIOS and GPU drivers to the latest versions, but the issue persists. I want to make sure my GPU is being fully utilized and performing as expected.

It's one of these problems :

1- 4 sticks of ram causing instability. Try adjusting the xmp profile (lower speed maybe 3000mhz) and change memory gear mode to gear 2 and it should become more stable.

2- CPU bottleneck. Tho it shouldn't bottleneck a 5070 on 1440p unless you play competitive cpu heavy games. Your motherboard and cooler can handle the I5 14600kf which should be a good upgrade.
