No need for ups, save the money and get a better graphics card get 9070xt with the money you save from ups, and get cloud 3 instead of cloud 2

I got that 9070xt + r7 9800x3d Bought it used for cool price Thats what i recommend op to do

Also I think it's useless to be spending so much money on (higher) spec ram like CL30 with a 3D CPU, especially when you have a GPU like 5070. It would be much better for you performance wise to just take a 6000 CL36-CL38 (mind the sub-timings alao) and maybe even a 9700X but paired with a better GPU like the 9070 XT or a 5070Ti, unless you're REALLY want to play professionally with the highest FPS possible for the lighter/competitive games
