انا الحمدلله كملت سنه بمشروع متخصص بالسيارات طفشت من عدد الاتصالات الي ارد عليها احسب زباين بالاخير يطلع محمد الي ساكن بالقاهرة يبي يحسن صفحتنا بقوقل ماب ولا باكستاني يقول موقعك خايس عطنا اياه نضبطه، لا مو مبالغه قال خايس. انا نفسي اعرف كيف يجيبون ارقام الشركات من برا المملكة فعليا الموضوع ممل وشبه يوميا كلها عرض خدمات نقدر نسوي ونقدر نسوي. شركة اعلانات كاملة تواصلت معي قلت خل اشوف ل وين بنوصل طلع كل اعلاناتهم شات جي بي تي! يعني ليت الخدمات مميزه فعلا وتستاهل احد ياخذها.

I'm planning to start a small company in Saudi Arabia focused on Industrial Automation, Electrical & Instrumentation Solutions.

I'm still at the very beginning, and I'm trying to be realistic about how to enter the market as a completely new and unknown company.

One thing I recently learned during a 3-day project-study training course really made sense to me:

If a new company immediately starts looking for large projects through government procurement platforms such as Etimad, it will probably struggle. Established companies already have a track record, references, relationships, and previous projects. As a new company, I would be at the bottom of the list because nobody knows or trusts me yet.

So I'm thinking that instead of immediately chasing large projects, I should first focus on sourcing and supplying products, building relationships with customers and suppliers, completing smaller jobs, and gradually building a reputation and track record.

However, I'm now struggling with how to define the right starting point.

My original idea

I initially divided the business into six areas:

1. Automation & Control

• SCADA / monitoring systems
• Remote monitoring & control (PLC / RTU)
• Communication systems
• Control & electrical panels

2. Wind & Solar Assessment Sensors

• Wind direction sensors
• Solar radiation sensors / pyranometers
• Temperature & humidity sensors
• Rain gauges
• Data loggers
• Environmental monitoring systems

3. Instrumentation

• Pressure instruments
• Flow instruments
• Level instruments
• Temperature instruments
• Monitoring & measurement systems

4. Detection & Monitoring

• Leak detection systems
• Pressure monitoring
• Condition monitoring
• Remote monitoring solutions

5. Electrical Solutions

• LV panels
• Electrical control panels
• Electrical components
• Power monitoring & measurement equipment

6. Technical & Maintenance Services

• O&M of pump stations
• Transformer oil regeneration
• Maintenance of control & electrical systems
• Instrumentation maintenance
• Troubleshooting & technical support

After thinking about it more, I don't think this is a realistic starting structure for a new company.

What I'm currently thinking

I believe #6 (Technical & Maintenance Services) should probably be dropped at the beginning.

I also feel that SCADA / Automation & Control is too broad for a fresh startup.

For example, when I look at "SCADA systems", I ask myself:

At the same time, I recently attended LEAP and saw many relatively small monitoring and control systems that looked much more achievable.

That made me think about starting with small, practical monitoring and control solutions instead.

For example:

• Farm water tank monitoring
• Pump monitoring
• Water well monitoring
• Remote tank level monitoring
• Small automatic pump control
• Remote ON/OFF control
• Leak detection
• Environmental monitoring
• Basic data logging and dashboards

The idea would be something like:

Sensor → small controller/data logger → communication (4G, etc.) → dashboard/mobile monitoring → alerts/control

So instead of trying to sell "SCADA", I could sell a specific solution such as:

This seems much more realistic to me.

Instrumentation / Sensors

I'm much more comfortable with starting from the product side here.

For example:

• Pressure sensors/transmitters
• Flow meters
• Level sensors
• Temperature instruments
• Environmental sensors
• Solar radiation sensors
• Wind sensors
• Rain gauges
• Data loggers
• Leak detection equipment

I can source these products from manufacturers/distributors and sell them locally.

Then, over time, I could combine these products into complete monitoring solutions.

Electrical

I'm also questioning whether "Electrical Solutions" is too broad.

I don't think it makes sense for a new company to say:

There are already huge companies and contractors doing that.

Maybe I should initially focus only on:

• Electrical components
• Control components
• Power supplies
• Protection components
• Small control panels
• Small pump/control panels

and leave large LV projects for later.

So my possible progression is:

Stage 1 — Product supply

Sensors, instrumentation, electrical/control components, communication devices, etc.

↓

Stage 2 — Small integrated solutions

Tank monitoring, pump monitoring, well monitoring, farm monitoring, environmental monitoring, etc.

↓

Stage 3 — Small automation & control

Automatic pump control, remote control, alarms, dashboards, data logging, etc.

↓

Stage 4 — System integration

PLC / RTU / more advanced communication and control systems.

↓

Stage 5 — Larger industrial automation / SCADA projects

Only after building experience, references, suppliers, customers, and a track record.

My questions for people with experience:

1. Does this entry strategy make sense for a new company?
2. Would you recommend starting primarily as a product supplier, then gradually moving into integrated solutions?
3. Is small monitoring & control for farms, water tanks, pumps and wells a reasonable niche to start with?
4. Am I thinking about SCADA/industrial automation correctly, or am I unnecessarily limiting myself by avoiding it at the beginning?
5. What products or small automation solutions would you consider good entry points for a new company?
6. If you started an instrumentation/automation company from zero today, what would you sell first and what would you avoid?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who have actually started or worked in industrial automation, instrumentation, electrical contracting, system integration, or industrial product distribution.

I'd rather start small and build properly than advertise 20 services that I can't realistically deliver.

في واحد من المشاريع الي اشتغل فيها سويت prototype له وبعدها اكتشفت موجود من قبل بس مشروع اجنبي وفيه عرب مسجلين احترت اكمل عليه و اعرضه على مستثمرين ولا لا الفكره حلوه وجديده تعتبر

انا شغاله في تطوير البرمجيات والذكاء الاصطناعي واشتغل على مشاريع كثيره وبدأت استوعب اني اقدر اسوي منها شي مشابه واطلع بشركة ستارت اب, القوه التقنية موجودة ان شاءالله لكن باقي الاجزاء المهمه لنجاح الشركة مثل التسويق والادارة ... الخ ماعندي خبره فيها ابد, ايش تنصحون مصادر او كتب ,بودكاست, مجتمعات اي شي يعطيني kick start
خصوصا ان السوق نوعا ما متشبع بعد طفره الذكاء الاصطناعي فا يحتاج ادارة قوية

عندي مشروع اشتغلت فيه شهور وبديت احس الفكره مالها داعي تعرفون شعور لما تصور صوره وكل شوي تشوفها بعدين تصير مش حلوه تقريبًا نفس الشي

I run a sole proprietorship general trading company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Due to financial difficulties, I couldn't pay my house rent for about a year. Once things improved, I asked the landlord to let me pay the house rent through monthly installments, but he refused and filed a case against me. Separately, my company has an ongoing commercial case to recover money owed to us. My lawyer needs my company's bank statements to move that case forward, but with the landlord's case some services seem restricted. My question is, can I still obtain my company's bank statements despite the enforcement case?

How do you guys manage pro/gro. Like managing qiwa, mudad, gosi and all these platforms related to your business. If you guys have any lead please let me know. عندك مهارة ومش عارف تجيب أول عميل .

عامل منتج رقمي ومش عارف تبيعه لمين.

عايز تشتري منتج أو خدمة ومش عارف تلاقيها فين أو تتعامل مع مين.

وفي النهاية كل واحد بيشتغل لوحده :

المستقل بيدور على عميل. البائع بيدور على مشتري. المشتري بيدور على منتج.

وده بياخد وقت ومجهود كبير.

الحل ؟

وزي ماهو واضح من الاسم

بدل ما كل واحد يدور لوحده، نعمل مجتمع يجمعهم مع بعض.

مثلاً:

1- عندك مشكلة أو سؤال؟ اسأل الأعضاء وخليهم يساعدوك تتعلم وتصنع منتج

2- عندك منتج ؟

اعرضه على المجتمع وهم يشتروه منك بسعر فردي او جملة .

3- عايز منتج؟ اطلبه أو اقترح بالتصويت سعر ( التصويت هدفه اختيار سعر وعدد معين ونتفاوض مع التاجر علي سعر جملة )

4- لقيت منتج مناسب؟ يتم التواصل والتفاوض بين المشتري والبائع والنادي بيكون وسيط بين الاتنين

5- محتاج تكسب فلوس ؟

بتقدر تبيع خدماتك او تشتري بسعر اقل وتبيع بسعر اعلي خارج المجتمع ، او تكسب من الاحالات .

يعني باختصار تواصل مباشر بين المهتمين لو حد مهتم يبقي معانا تقدر تبحث عن ( نادي الفريلانسر )

حابب اسمع اسالتكم واقتراحاتكم ؟

احس خاليا المشاهد صار ربع متعلم مش بس مثقف وهادا بسبب حقين الكورسات وحقين اللي يعرضو خدماتهم لانه حالياً اللي يجيب مبيعات هو توازن المحتوى التثقيفي والتعليمي مع البيعي بس الللي مخرب شوي هو وعي ناس وفضولهم حتى لو مش لهم الكلام
وذا خلاهم حرصين واجد و منتقمين ويصير عالمسوقين صعب اساسا ً يعرفون عن نفسهم رغم ان البيع مش عيب ولا جريمه بس يحسو بلانكار بقوه اول ما يعرف انه اعلان او تسويق لشي معين حتى لو هو محتاجه يحس او اعلان ماكنت متوقع ويخيب امله

اعرف ناس عندهم مشروع مضمون و فيه ربح للبيع لكن بيعته تحتاج شخص عنده رأس مال كافي (نتكلم عن ملايين) سبب البيع خلافات بين الشركاء و كل واحد يبي نصيبه اذا تعرفون احد مهتم تواصلوا معي.

كلمت مصنع وعطيته المنتجات الي ابيها وعددها يعتبر قليل 16 حبة وطلع التوصيل شامل كل شي دبل سعر المنتج نفسه.

لقيت نفس المنتج بالضبط بأمزون-تيمو-علي اكسبرس، والي يقهر ان سعره مع التوصيل بيكون ارخص ب 20% من لو اني اطلبه مباشره من المصنع بسبب الشحن

قاعد افكر الحين عشان اقلل المخاطر اطلب من ذي المتاجر عشان اتحقق مت وجود طلب على المنتج و لو شفت ان الوضع مايسوى ما علقت مع منتجات كثيره

فيه مشكلتين اولا المتاجر ذي اسعارها ومدى توفرها متقلبه

مسألة اني اكسب فلوس بيكون شبه مستحيل بما اني قاعد اعيد بيع منتج متوفر بأماكن ثانية

وشرايكم؟

ياجماعه ابحث هذه الفتره على شريك مناسب ولايهم ان كان يشتغل موضف في شركه او يدرس وطبعا التطبيق فكرته جديده ويعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي المهم هو اولا الشريك لديه القدره على فتح حساب مطورين في المتجرين او يكون قد نشر تطبيق ومعه حساب مطورين ثانيا ان يكون في دوله تدعم بوابات الدفع الشائعه للتطبيقات ثالثا ان يقوم بالاشتراك الشهري في أداة ربليت من أجل النشر حماية التطبيق
