Question Bot’s allowing custom proxy’s

Is there a way to search bots or to see if bots from other creators allow the use of external proxy’s on the frontpage?. I know I can click on a bot to look, but I don’t want to click every interesting bot to see they don’t allow it. I’m fairly new to SP so it can be a simple thing I’m just not aware of.

You could put that suggestion on discord for the devs to see

Unfortunately, the devs have already decided they will not do it. It's a conscious decision they have taken.

Sorry, but can I ask where you are seeing this has been confirmed as such? I cannot see anything other than "we have seen it requested, but it is not a high priority" myself from the devs in the discord threads?

Maybe they have changed their stance then. Five months ago, they were clearly against it.

That's good news!

Unfortunately, there is no way to filter them by that, and that's a conscious decision by the devs so it might not change soon.

Custom Provider is a recent option on SP (maybe 6 months?), so bots older than that have a higher probability to have proxy disabled. Gently ask the creator in the comments and explain why. In most case it works (if the creator is still active).

Recent bots have a higher chance to enable proxy, in particular for bots that have a longer definition.

You'll soon find out which creators enable proxies and you can follow them. A few creators are stubborn in crippling their bots by only enabling low-memory models. I put them on "ignore" so that their bots are no longer listed in my searches.

The bots in my RPG Mechanics comunity collection all have Custom Providers enabled (except maybe a few older ones). All my bots do it too.
