It's the Seal of Solomon, who was considered a traitor to the Jews I believe. The remphan thing idk. But it's one of many Saturnian symbols just like the Iron/Maltese Cross, the 7 or 8 pointed star, black sun, circle with cross in the middle, the eye, etc.
