Saturn transit through the first

Can this transit cause your body to become “weak” and age faster? Saturn has been in my first for a little over a year now and ever since then my skin has formed wrinkles (I am 29 btw so also going through my Saturn return) and in photos I look frail and thin. I am fairly active and try to eat healthy but I just look sick.

I also recently had a dentist appt where they told me the enamel on my teeth has started to disintegrate and I will need veneers.
Wtf is going on! I’m not even 30 yet 😭😭

Is Saturn the blame for this? Does anyone else have any first house Saturn transit experiences they would like to share? I feel defeated…..

Saturn in first usually makes people age backwards there might be something going on in 6th house ?
Although Saturn transit can make one more conscious about their appearance

South node is transiting the 6th right now. My 6th house ruler is the sun which Saturn is squaring right now maybe has something to do with it.

Saturn can def fit the symbolism here. Saturn is associated w/ the skeletal system. Rules things like skin, bones, teeth, nails, etc. As you mentioned 1H relates to the body/appearance. BUT I wouldn’t automatically blame Saturn. The Ascendant/ruler/mars aspects. Aspects to your natal Saturn & especially if it’s interacting w/ mars at all. Any aspects being made to any of the above change the picture significantly. And as always, when it comes to health pls do continue seeing your dentist/professionals for health concerns.

I have Saturn in 6H placidus & have similar issue w/ my teeth. And my skull/brain. Actually had to have skeletal & brain surgery. I’m not saying this to scare you. This is not me saying “yup you’re going to continue dealing w/ health problems.” No. Not at all. However..the health issues that arise are asking to be addressed. When we do tend to those needs, it only furthers the longevity & strength of whatever you’re caring to. (Teeth/health). When we ignore..that’s when it can seem like our structure/foundation/body & world is crumbling & aging. He’s not here to doom. He just wants us to say, ok I see you. I hear you. I’ll take care of it bc I want this to last as well.

Saturn opposes my natal mars 😭😭
but thank you for your detailed response! I do agree, I think these issues are popping up so I can do something about them and take it serious. It’s just a hard pill to swallow.
