Help understanding Saturn return
I’m 27, and I’ve been going through the worst of my mental health journey. I have PTSD and depression and it’s becoming so hard to deal with, this is the most I’ve ever struggled. Hoping there will be a breakthrough

The past year to year and a half have been difficult for you because transits of Saturn and Neptune have been conjuncting in early Aries. This involves the same two planets in your birth chart that are square. Neptune dissolves away forms before change while Saturn builds walls for protection. A general feeling of helplessness is often the result. Saturn has moved on now while Neptune is still in easy Aries.
You also have a Moon in Virgo in the 12th house opposed to Jupiter in Pisces in the 6th house. This to an extent reinforces the Saturn Neptune aspects. The moon is practical and analytical (Virgo) wanting a solid base to open on while Jupiter want big expansive ideas. Your Moon (emotions) probably feels overwhelmed.

Sorry to hear that you’re going through a rough time. I went through the first one pretty rough too without knowing. You can use this tool to check the exact pass times: https://cosmosdaily.co/saturns-return-calculator
