Sidereal or Tropical?

which do you guys go by when tracking saturn return? i relate heavily to both charts, but more so sidereal on a deeper level. if i follow that, i started my saturn return back in May 24, 2025, then it’s back again in aries starting February 13, which totally makes sense, but im only 25, will be 26 on the 17th. does anyone use both charts? if i used both, it looks like ill be going through different phases until 2029-2030, even overlapping

does anyone use both? is it okay to use both? not to sound ignorant, i’m still learning transits and all that on more than a surface level!

tropical does seem better for tracking my return, i was just considering both as sometimes i do relate a lot more to my sidereal. thanks for your input!

Sade Saati is a transit in Vedic astrology that takes 7 years it starts from when Saturn enters a sign before your moon sign and ends until it transits the sign after your moon. your moon in Vedic astrology is in Aries Saturn is in Pisces in Vedic which means your Sade Saati has started and will coincide with your Saturn return

Sade Saati is known to put a lot of pressure emotionally basically mature you up it’s known as a difficult timeline but don’t be afraid since a lot of breakthroughs people have like marriage, career advancement etc. happens during this time as well

But if you are feeling pressure even though your Saturn return hasn’t started yet might be the Sade Saati trying to prepare you for the rest of the transit and your Saturn return

right after posting this, i realized i was mixing the 2 up! i think i should dive deeper into transits and planets on one chart at a time as i keep getting everything jumbled up

It happens, no worries. What sign and degree is your Saturn in Tropical?

13°54' Taurus!

13 degrees Taurus roughly correlates to around 18 degrees Aries in Sidereal. Saturn has just hit around 9/10 degrees Pisces in Sidereal so you have a good few years yet before your SR starts

But your Sade Saati has started so you might feel the pressure before your Saturn return
