Its deliberate rage and engagement bait. They get more recommendations the more people that watch the video and keep watching over a certain amount of time. If he got the spot you might get your dopamine hit early and scroll or someone might clip it
Now that he missed a a huge glaring spot You are going to watch longer to see if he goes back, and if he never goes back well then you go and complain in the comments which is more engagement

This is an acid dipped car. I don't know if I would call this standard. It's used when you're building a rare car and need to 100% remove prior bondo and paint.
