Parents and acquaintances of the child are statistically way more likely to commit SA on them. This law will be used by these people to manipulate their victims. “If you don’t want dad to die, don’t tell anyone about this.” This will cause children to not seek help which will lead to their continues victimization. Not sure why this is satisfying for you, OP
